•      The use of the register is limited by access rights management system, and the registry operations are registered and logged.

•      The use of the register is instructed

•      Data access rights are monitored by access control functions.

•      Server computers used for data processing are located in a data center protected by access control and security systems and the records containing personal data are separated from public data networks by means of technical security arrangements.

•      Paper documents are stored in lockable cupboards in access control rooms.

•      Persons accessing and handling the data in the register are under the obligation of professional secrecy and have signed a relevant non-discloser agreement.

Our community of users, editors and contributors is a self-policing body. The Job will be published on our service for any user to be accessed. It can also be published in other social medias and forums and will be a co-owned data by your company and Crowd@Work Oy.

The job will be invoiced based on a fee that is 1 promille (0,1% = 0,001) of the salary declared in the follow-up of contract signing with the candidate. Additional and on top costs are any possible and applicable sales taxes. EG. in Finland the sales tax ie. VAT is 24% and in Sweden 25%. Please check your own country taxes from here: LINK NEEDED

A salary is either a yearly salary, A salary for the period of the contract or a pre agreed salary for a work to be performed.

A minimum and default invoice amount 52,56 € + sales Taxes, will be charged unless an Employer/Employee agreed salary is reported back into our service. The due date for reporting the agreed salary is 1 month after the closing day of job post/add.

If you report back on the agreed salary the we will invoice according to reported salary.

If, after 1 month of the job post/add closing in the system, we have not received any salary information, we will invoice 52,56 euro + Sales taxes according to tax rules in your country.

Here are some examples of invoices:

  1. For an agreed salary:
  2. The employee will most likely be permanent employee and will have a monthly salary. Our fee is based on the first year salary. eg 2300 €/month * 12 = 27600 * 0,001 = 27,60 EUR + Taxes
  3. For a specific period of time:
  4. The employee will most likely a fixed term employee and will have a monthly salary for a specific period of time. Our fee is based on the total length of the contract. eg 2300 €/month * 3 = 6900 * 0,001 = 6,90 EUR + Taxes
  5. For a predefined salary for a predefined work:
  6. The employee will most likely have a predefined work that needs to be done with a fixed salary attached. Our fee is based on the total salary of the contract. eg 300 €/contract * 1 = 300 * 0,001 = 0,30 EUR + Taxes

 

We will accumulate your smaller fees untill they reach a treshold of 20 euro and then send out the invoice.

Unless more jobs have been accumulated over a period of 2 month, we will invoice the outstanding amount + taxes.
